Capability
Who actually builds the spindle, and what that is worth to you
HOYO is a trading and engineering company. We do not own the plant — we source from a specialist grinding-spindle manufacturer and take responsibility for selection, specification and support. Here is what that arrangement gives you, stated plainly.
Certification
Our manufacturing partner operates a certified ISO 9001 quality management system covering design, production and final inspection of motorised spindles.
Spindles supplied into the EU carry CE marking. A Declaration of Conformity is issued with the shipment; ask us for a copy before you order if your compliance team needs it up front.
Certificates and Declarations of Conformity are issued on request. If your compliance team needs them before a purchase order, ask at enquiry stage and we will send them with the quote.
What the manufacturing side looks like
A specialist grinding-spindle plant, not a general machine shop
Our manufacturing partner is a National "Little Giant" enterprise — a designation the Chinese government reserves for small and medium firms with a narrow technical specialisation and demonstrated innovation. It holds over 30 invention and utility patents, and supplies the automotive and machine-tool sectors.
Drawings come from the CAD model, not a scanned catalogue
Every model is documented as a dimensioned engineering drawing exported from the 3D CAD model, with the full dimension chain, bearing designations and precision class, the power and torque curves, and the oil and coolant port layout. If a spindle has to drop into an existing machine, you can check the fit before you order.
Precision stated as a number, not an adjective
Runout is specified per model rather than described. On the 170-series 24,000 RPM internal grinding spindle, for example, radial runout at the nose is under 2 microns and axial runout under 1 micron. Ask for the datasheet of any model and the figure is on it.
Seventy-four models, so the spindle fits the job
Seven series covering 250 to 150,000 RPM and 0.1 to 34 kW, in mounting diameters from 40 to 240 mm. Several models are offered with alternative bearing and interface options specifically so the spindle can replace an existing unit without reworking the mount.
The range, in numbers
Mounting diameter is the first constraint when a spindle replaces an existing one, so it is published for every model — see the product tables or start from the selection guide.
